The business generates high-quality mortgage leads primarily through a strong network of referral partners, including high-producing realtors, accountants, and financial advisors. To support their expanding pipeline, they are focusing on proactively building, nurturing, and scaling these strategic partner relationships.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant based in Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina) to drive outbound lead generation and client retention. Working directly with the business owner, you will execute targeted realtor and CPA outreach, run co-marketing initiatives, manage past-client marketing sequences, and maintain a organized CRM database.
This position starts part-time (20–25 hours/week) with an immediate path to full-time (40 hours/week) for high performers.

Key Responsibilities
- Realtor & CPA Outreach: Utilize production-tracking databases to identify mid-tier realtors (e.g., closing 1 deal every 1–2 months) where co-marketing partnerships can help scale their business. Conduct cold calls, emails, and messages to set partnership appointments.

Past-Client Database Marketing: Run segmented marketing campaigns to past client databases via video and email tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Roomvue):
- Pre-2021 Clients: Target high-equity clients with pitch sequences for second mortgages and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs).
- 2022+ Clients: Monitor high-rate clients (7%–8%) with property value and rate updates to position the business for cash-out refinances when rates drop.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain and organize all leads, interactions, call logs, and contacts within Go High Level (GHL). Categorize contacts accurately (e.g., Top Realtor, Developing Realtor, Past Client, Future Lead)
- Telephony & Local Calling: Execute daily phone outreach via local VOIP software (e.g., RingCentral / Google Voice) using local US area codes (305/786) to optimize pickup rates.
- Co-Marketing Coordination: Assist in creating, deploying, and managing co-marketing campaigns and branded collateral for partner realtors.
- AI & Workflow Automation: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize messaging, write sales copy, and automate daily outreach processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong conversational fluency.
- Location: Based in Latin America (Colombia strongly preferred; Mexico or Argentina also suitable).
- Experience: Proven track record in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development. (Mortgage or real estate experience is a strong plus, but not required).
- Soft Skills: Confident telephone presence, self-driven, highly organized, and capable of executing daily task lists independently without micromanagement.
- Technical Setup: High-speed reliable internet, noise-canceling headset, and a dedicated home workspace.
Technical & System Requirements
- Familiarity with sales CRMs, email sequences, and outbound dialers/databases.
- Proficiency or comfort with AI productivity platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to generate outreach copy and optimize workflows.
