About this role

Job Description

The U.S. Oncology business within our company is a growing and dynamic organization committed to advancing innovative therapies for patients with cancer. We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic commercial team as we prepare for the potential U.S. launch of an mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma, being developed through an alliance partnership. This novel product has the potential to redefine personalized cancer treatment and requires a highly coordinated operating model to support seamless therapy delivery across a complex treatment ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director, Individualized Therapy Operations, this individual serves as the commercial lead responsible for designing, integrating, and continuously improving the operational processes that enable successful delivery of the Intismeran treatment journey.

This individual will serve as the primary commercial representative across cross-functional operational teams and external partners, ensuring alignment of workflows, governance, stakeholder activities, and supporting technologies across the end-to-end treatment journey. The role will drive process integration across treatment sites, pathology laboratories, sequencing providers, manufacturing partners, distributors, alliance stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a consistent, scalable, and reliable operating model.

As the process architect for the Intismeran treatment journey, this leader will identify and eliminate operational barriers, establish governance frameworks, enhance customer and treatment site experiences, and drive continuous improvement across the ecosystem. The role is accountable for ensuring operational processes, stakeholder interactions, and supporting systems work together seamlessly to enable treatment completion, operational excellence, and future scalability.
