Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our U.S.-based team with order, credit, and freight-related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and track credit memos and supporting documentation.
Submit and follow up on freight claims for damaged, lost, or missing shipments
Review and maintain the Open Sales Order Report, following up on outstanding or aging orders.
Research discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and freight carriers as needed.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation.
Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous administrative or accounting support experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general data entry.
Strong written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus.
