Drive Strategic Growth with Enterprise Customers
GTT is hiring an Account Director to lead high value customer relationships and drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts. This is a strategic sales role focused on expanding adoption of GTT’s cloud networking and secure connectivity solutions including SD WAN,SASEand managed network services. You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes andlong termvalue.
About the role
You will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, developing account plans that drive retention,growthand customer success.

Our ideal candidate will reside within the Boston, MA area or within the New England Region.
Key responsibilities:
Own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships across assigned accounts
Drive adoption of GTT solutions including SD WAN, SASE,Internetand cloud networking
Develop and execute long term account strategies focused on retention and revenue expansion
Identifycross sell and upsell opportunities aligned to customer priorities
Translate business needs into scalable network and security solutions
Lead executive level conversations, businessreviewsand strategic planning sessions
Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes
Maintainaccuratepipeline, forecasting and account activity within CRM systems

Whatwe’relooking for
Essential:
Our ideal candidate resides in the Greater Chicago area, or within the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.
5 to 7 years of enterprise account management experience in B2B technology, ITservicesor telecommunications
Strong experience selling cloud networking or secure connectivity solutions such as SD WAN, SASE or WAN
Proven ability to manage complex commercial relationships and drive revenue growth
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen, negotiationskillsand strategic planning ability
Proficiencyusing CRM platforms
Nice to have:
Experience working with global or multinational enterprise customers
Demonstrated ability to lead virtual or cross functional teams
Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security trends
